Normally, at this point, you might expect a list of achievements. But the way I look at it that’s NOT what this page should be about. Instead, I want to share my background and why I take the stance that I do.

I’ve been a top producing agent for 17 years, some of those years doing as much as 94 transactions, without a team or assistant. (Don’t do that!)
I coach agents across the country. I host a top-rated real estate podcast. I’ve studied, listened to, and observed real estate agent after real estate agent in my years as a manager.
Helping real estate agents succeed is what I do. That’s my passion.
I’ve seen way too many agents come and go in this business, and my heart just breaks for the new agent who doesn’t make it.
Luckily, I believe I have figured out the formula to help all new and stuck agents to succeed and help them embrace their talents and strengths.
